Henry Ford was a remarkable man who founded the Ford Motor Company; he was also the creator of the assembly line.  In October of 1908 Ford introduced the “Model T” automobile and single-handedly revolutionized the transportation industry. His success lessons are:

1. Serve Others “A business absolutely devoted to service will have only one worry about profits. They will be embarrassingly large.”

2. Focus “There is no man living that cannot do more than he thinks he can.”

3. Be Productive “It has been my observation that most people get ahead during the time that others waste.”

4. Solve Problems “Most people spend more time and energy going around problems than in trying to solve them.”

5. Nothing is Particularly Hard “Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small jobs.”

6. Keep Your Eye on the Prize “Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.”

7. Think “Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably the reason why so few engage in it.”
